Pat V. Sonti serves as a volunteer mentor in "giving back and paying it forward” in serving society-at-large.
He has global experience in multiple sectors, industries, markets, and related supply/value chain infrastructure. Served as part of core teams for sponsors, developers, equity investors, lenders, insurers, government policymakers, and regulators. Emphasis on assets under management (AUM) consisting of existing assets (operating, stranded, and distressed), brownfield expansion, and developing greenfield projects and programs. Core skillsets, competencies, qualifications, and experience in conducting both high-level and “deep-dive” due diligence, commercial market assessment, along with risk assessment and mitigation analysis – with the main objective of verifying, validating, and certifying technical feasibility, economic viability, and financial profitability. Transactional experience in structured/project finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic sale, initial public offerings (IPOs), acquisitions and divestiture (A&D), restructuring, bankruptcy, and reorganization.
He has served as adjunct faculty in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses related to energy resources and economics, project finance, enterprise risk assessment, and financial services.He competes in Masters’ track and field specializing in 50 meters, 100 meters, 200 meters, and the long jump.
