An
important part of focus on wellness is to truly live life in the present as the
past is totally irrecoverable in terms of time and the future is unknown. It
has been often said that the entire past is already contained in the present
and, it is the present thoughts, words and actions that decide the course of
the future. In addition, every time we look out into the future, it keeps
changing over and over again. Therefore, just brooding over the past or
continually seeking out the future really does not help towards wellness but
creates unintended stresses and consequences. However, it is true that the past
often repeats itself, especially, if there are no constructive lessons to be
learned from experience feedback through knowledge, maturity and wisdom.
Repeating the same old thing and expecting a different outcome is just
non-productive.
Thus,
having unity of Sprit-Mind-Body and living in the “Now Moment” helps in a
big way for enabling a balanced state of wellness, generating positive
feelings, leading to a positive outlook on life and overall well-being.
