Yoga
is fast becoming not just a fad but a regular part of any wellness, health and
fitness program. Among the multiple factors for doing yoga are; flexibility;
core strength, endurance, cardio-pulmonary development; reduction in work and
related strain and stresses. In addition, Yoga has taken deep roots across all
social levels as well as income groups and fast becoming a mainstay in overall
wellness and well-being.
